The River City 14 inch Five Leaves and Bird Cuckoo Clock is a quartz movement clock that is battery powered. The clock features five leaves and a bird on the top. It electronically cuckoos the number of hours at the top of the hour. Quartz movements operates on 2 “C” cell batteries. It is hand crafted with wood from the Black Forest in Germany. A night shut-off mechanism disables the cuckoo during sleeping hours. Weights shown in the image do not function, it is used for decoration as the clock runs on batteries.
