The River City 12 inch Wood Chopper and Waterwheel Cuckoo Clock is a one-day mechanical movement clock with music and animated dancers. The man chops wood and the waterwheel turns for the cuckoo call. Three small wooden weights drive the time, cuckoo, music and dancers. Hand crafted with wood from the Black Forest in Germany. Sounds once on the half hour and sounds the full hour on the hour. Night shut-off mechanism for disabling cuckoo during sleeping hours. To wind your clock, firmly pull the free ends (ring ends) of the chains to raise the weights to the base of the clock. One day clocks need to be rewound daily.
